Cancellations & Refunds



Below are New Horizons Portland Cancellation and Refund Policies.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

• Cancel PC Applications & Business Skills courses at least one week in advance.
• Cancel Technical courses at least two weeks and a day in advance. (11 business days)
• No refunds on clubs, passports, learning programs, vouchers or other packages.
• Use passports within one year.
• Use all credits and purchases within one year.

Cancellations may be made by calling your Account Executive. No refund or credit will be issued if you cancel fewer than five business days prior to class. Technical Classes: No refund or credit will be issued or outstanding invoice canceled if you cancel fewer than eleven business days prior to class. For 25% of the technical class fee, you may be re-enrolled on a space-available (subject to bump) basis.

All credits must be used within one year of payment or credit. No credit or refund will be issued past one year. All purchases expire after one year. Learning Programs and Series must be completed within one year.

No refunds will be granted due to acts of God, war, disaster, emergencies or circumstances beyond our control.
